Chefchaouen known as the blue pearl or the Blue city is situated on the north part of morocco between the Riff Mountains, 120 kilometers from Tangier . Chefchaouen is unique because it’s a small city surrounded by mountains and waterfalls.

The city Chefchaouen was fonded by Moulay Ali benrachid AL-Alami on 1471 as base for the Riffian Berber to start and to stop attacking the Portuguese coming from Ceuta. In Chefchaouen The Kasbah is located in the center of the city and Chefchaouen Medina is one of the loveliest in morocco , most of the building are painted in blue-white color, given the city a clean, fresh look and an Andaloucian flavor.
